At ProTech, we make sure your system is connected to our monitoring service and working properly each and every week, with no dial delays. This is done consistently and quietly without any disturbance to you or your system.

Service Level Agreement

We are so confident in our service that we offer you a guaranteed level of service each month. If you call with any problem, a ProTech service technician will respond within 24 hours or the service charge is FREE. Plus we will also give you 3 months of monitoring service for FREE.
